He holds several internationally recognized risk management and finance professional certifications.
Over the past 15 years, Joel Aimuemojie has rapidly progressed into Senior management roles across various multibillion-dollar multinational companies across various continents. He has spoken at international conferences and sessions mainly in Europe, Africa, USA, North America and Latin America.
In 2022, he won the Africa Continuity and Resilience Professional award for private sector, and was also nominated for a global award.
He constantly shares his thought leadership on risk-related matters and it’s impact on organisations. He has held various volunteering roles as a mentor, committee member, and most recently as the Vice President, Finance/ Treasurer for the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), Maritime Chapter, Canada. He is also keen on providing career mentoring to young professionals.
